Surge Suppression Incorporated® Announces Move to New Engineering and Manufacturing Facility

October 12, 2007 - As a result of continued increases in business and the need for additional engineering and manufacturing space, Surge Suppression Incorporated& announced today that they have purchased and are moving to a new facility in Brooksville, Florida. Located at 15424 Flight Path Drive in the Airport Industrial Park, the new building will allow more room for SSI's current engineering, design and manufacturing operations as well as to allow the space needed for future growth.

Travis Sanders, owner and CEO of Surge Suppression Incorporated is quoted as saying that he "is very excited about this development and that he is happy that his company is having a positive effect on the Hernando County economy". SSI's Corporate/Sales offices are located in Destin, Florida.

Rich Hotchkiss, Director of SSI's Engineering and Manufacturing Division is quoted as saying, "Brooksville is my home and I am happy to be involved in the success of SSI and the positive impact that our company is having in my neighborhood. We have been involved in the manufacturing of SPD products here since 2001 and are pleased with our growth and contribution to the area."

SSI's product line includes devices for AC power applications up to 7200VAC, data line and telephone line protectors, single circuit devices up to 480VAC as well as an array of DC voltage products.
