The Surge Suppression Incorporated (SSI) Engineering & Manufacturing Facility is located at 15424 Flight Path Drive, Brooksville, Florida 34604-6823.

The factory team utilizes a combination of modern manufacturing systems including assembly line, cell and LEAN manufacturing concepts. We term this hybrid system "flex line" to construct the idea that because of the breadth of our product line (in excess of 100,000 variations of products), not any one single manufacturing concept works for our system. Encompassing this size of a product line, with extremely fast response to orders, makes this system unique with ultra-high level performance. We are exclusively a "build-to-order" plant and respond with an astounding 2.3 day turn time from order placement through shipping (based on annual statistical averages).

Our quality assurance program is as marquee as our assembly process. All products are tested at three different points during assembly. Every product is powered up to specifications equivalent to those encountered during field operations; in essence 100% testing, plus preliminary testing and inspections.

SSI's manufacturing division currently maintains ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 certifications and is a CSA certified testing facility. We continually look for ways to improve our processes and products through the quality management system and feedback from within, as well as from the field. In addition, the factory has been selected for the "Best Places to Work - Hermando - Pasco Counties" for the last two consecutive years in which these awards were given.
